A dispute from both sides

A dispute opens when one side says the deal broke. The buyer claims the item never arrived or arrived wrong. The vendor points to a tracking number or a chat log. Both sides put their evidence in, and the market's admins read it and decide. There is no external referee, which is the part people underestimate.

From the buyer's side the leverage is the evidence. A screenshot of the order, the tracking number, and a clear statement of what was promised make a case that is quick to read. From the vendor's side the leverage is the paper trail, because a vendor who logged the hand-off wins a close call more often than one who has to reconstruct it later.

The admin decides, and the decision is final. That is fair in the sense that it is fast and it is binding, and it is a limitation in the sense that the judge is also the owner. Know which side of that line your case sits on before you open it.
